Industry: Photovoltaics, Battery Storage & Climate Technology
Esfera AG plans, installs and registers photovoltaic systems, as well as battery storage solutions and air conditioning systems — all from a single source. As a company that grows through installation teams, the pressure is felt first in HR administration, and this is precisely where IMCT’s solution comes in.
The complete employee lifecycle is mapped in a digital personnel file, from recruitment, employment contracts and onboarding through to training, performance reviews and offboarding. The onboarding process manages the entire registration process with the Swiss social security system, covering AHV, IV, EO and ALV, as well as SUVA, the pension fund, daily sickness benefits insurance and cantonal withholding tax. The offboarding process mirrors every individual deregistration.
Work permits, accident reports, medical certificates and time-tracking reports are stored in the same personnel file. Payroll runs, written warnings and the issuance of work clothing are managed as separate processes, each with its own workflow.
As a result, a new installer can be fully registered and equipped in a single streamlined process, while the offboarding process ensures that no deregistration is overlooked.

Industry: Asset Management, Fiduciary Services & Family Office
At IMT, IMCT continuously operates and further develops M-Files to meet the compliance requirements of the FMA and FINMA while driving digital transformation. At the heart of the solution is a single control process at mandate level that derives the complete onboarding workflow from the client type, company and relationship status, automatically generating the entire compliance framework: risk assessments, business profiles, checklists and forms are created without anyone having to initiate them manually.
The multi-part client dossier builds itself as a pipeline and automatically updates whenever master data changes. At the same time, IMCT automates business processes such as time tracking, invoicing and document creation, while integrating banking systems, accounting and qualified electronic signatures seamlessly and without media disruption.

Industry: Banking, B2B Transaction Banking
InCore Bank provides banking, custody, and paying-agent services to other financial intermediaries. IMCT has developed M-Files into a central case and governance platform: a unified case file brings together anti-money-laundering reports, regulatory submissions, payment queries, complaints, and product onboardings relating to the same matter, across departmental boundaries.
The segregation of duties between case handler, second reviewer, and reporting officer is technically enforced rather than merely agreed upon organizationally. In parallel, the internal control system runs in the same vault: risks generate their own controls, the control calendar automatically assigns recurring tasks, and a control can only be deactivated through the same approval workflow by which it was introduced.

SIX Exchange Regulation AG
Industry: Financial Market Regulation
SIX Exchange Regulation oversees issuers listed on the Swiss stock exchange, covering everything from listing and ad hoc disclosure to enforcement. Together with IMCT, it has developed a platform on which around forty supervisory procedures run on the same building blocks: document approval, digital dual signatures, publication, translation, and invoicing are each built once and then called as services by every procedure.
As a result, new types of procedures can be created in days rather than weeks. The entire enforcement process — from preliminary assessment to the publication of an anonymized sanctions decision — is mapped end-to-end, including deadlines and appeals. The regulatory framework itself is version-controlled within the same system and automatically prompts users when it is due for review.

Industry: Fiduciary Services, Auditing and Payroll
TreuVision uses M-Files as its operational platform for accounting, payroll, tax advisory, and personnel files. The biggest leverage comes from scalability: a configuration for each client and service automatically generates recurring processes, from weekly to annual, with calculated deadlines, budgets, and responsibilities.
On top of this is a comprehensive four-eyes principle that not only routes approvals to the reviewer, but also detects when a document that has already been reviewed is subsequently modified and automatically sends it back through the review process.
From VAT and withholding tax to payroll closing, all obligations are mapped as guided processes with proof of dispatch and payment. Scanned incoming mail is made searchable through text recognition and distributed via an escalation chain that does not end up in a dead end even when master data is incomplete.
